WALNUT CREEK - UC San Diego's Daisy Feder has been named the Wilson/California Collegiate Athletic Association Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the week of Nov. 26-Dec. 2.

The Santa Monica native led her team in the Tritons 2-0 weekend, with wins over Cal State L.A. and Cal State Dominguez Hills.  

Feder shot 66.7 (6-for-9) percent from the paint, was 2-for-3 from the arch, and made 7-of-7 free-throws in the Tritons 70-49 win over the Golden Eagles.  She topped Friday nights performance with 25 points scored, tying her career record, in her team's 74-66 win against the Toros on Saturday night.

The senior guard wrapped up the weekend with a 23 points per game average after making 15-of-25) from the floor, 7-of-14 from the three-point line, and all nine free-throw attempts.  

Feder tallied five rebounds and three steals to the Tritons defensive efforts.
