WALNUT CREEK – Sonoma State's Patrick Scott has been named the Wilson/California Collegiate Athletic Association Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the week of Nov. 26-Dec. 2.
The senior guard nabbed his second CCAA Player of the Week honor this season after his stellar performance in the Seawolves 2-0 weekend against conference foes, Cal State Monterey Bay and Cal State East Bay.
Scott tied his career-high of 28 points on Friday night, leading the Seawolves to a 92-77 victory over the visiting Otters. He added 23 points in Saturday night's one-point, 73-72, victory over CSUEB.
On the weekend, the Grass Valley native, averaged 25.5 point per game on 14-of-21 shooting from the floor, which included making 6-of-13 from three-point range. He also made 17-of-22 from the free-throw line.
Scott also contributed 12 rebounds, six assists, and two blocks.
