WALNUT CREEK – San Francisco State's James Albright has been named the Wilson/California Collegiate Athletic Association Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the week of Nov. 19-25.

The senior forward led the Gators' to a 2-0 weekend after handing No. 7 Seattle Pacific their first loss of the season on Friday night, followed by a 21-point effort in Saturday's 69-66 win over Univ. of Colorado-Springs.

Albright was named the Tournament MVP of the Carl's Jr. Mac Martin Invitational after averaging 17.5 points per/gm.  He shot 70 percent (14-for-20) from the paint and 50 percent from the arch, and was perfect from the free-throw line, making six-for-six on the weekend.
