Givon Crump, Cal State Dominguez Hills

WALNUT CREEK – Cal State Dominguez Hills Givon Crump has been named the Wilson/California Collegiate Athletic Association Men's Basketbal Player of the Week for the week of Nov. 5-11.

Crump led in the Toros 1-2 weekend at the 2012 Disney Tip-Off Classic last weekend.  

The junior forward recorded three double-digit contests with a team high of 22 points in Sunday afternoons 69-67 loss to Northern State.

In three contests he averaged 15.7 points/game, while shooting 43.8 percent (14-32) from the floor and 76.5 percent (13-17) from the free-throw line.  

Defensively, Crump led CSUDH all weekend with a weekend total of 24 rebounds for an average of 8.0 boards/game.
